Its been a while since we last update on the post!
but now we are back again.

if you ask me anything to add on to improving self-esteem and self-confidence,
what i can only say is just that everything starts with one word!!

try to open your mouth and talk to people around you,

it wont kill you to talk to the people around you,

But one thing for sure,

your friends also plays a important role to building

Firstly, sorry for not updating this blog due to "busy-ness".

You can't see it, however it's there just when you look at yourself in the mirror.

You can't hear it, however it's there every time you talk about yourself.

IT'S SELF-ESTEEM!

WE STRONGLY FEEL THAT SELF ESTEEM IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT AND PLAYS A BIG PART IN OUR LIVES!

LET ME EXPLAIN,

IMAGINE WALKING ON A STREET, U SEE A WOMAN WALK PAST

SHE LOOKS NORMAL ON THE OUTSIDE

BUT U MIGHT FIND SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT HER,

THE WAY SHE MOVES,THE SLIGHT SMILE U SEE ON HER FACE.

BEAUTIFUL!

THAT WAS THE CONFIDENCE THAT SHE HAS INSIDE THAT MIGHT NOT

BE THERE BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE LOOK(OUTER APPEARENCE),

BUT DEEP IN HER HEART, SHE IS BEAUTIFUL

BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THAT WHAT IS IN HER

MAKES HER EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL THAT WHAT PEOPLE

SEE HER FROM THE OUTER APPEARENCE!

SO JUST THINK ABOUT IT!
DO U WANT TO BE SOMEONE THAT IS BEAUTIFUL
ON THE OUTSIDE BUT WEAK AND LACK OF CONFIDENCE ON THE INSIDE,

OR,

DO YOU WANT TO BE SOMEONE THAT IS BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE
AS THERE IS CONFIDENCE IN THAT PERSON AND THE OUTER APPEARENCE
DOESNT MATTER AS IT DOESNT SEEM IMPORTANT AFTER ALL.
